We hope to seek your understanding that we do not take soft / tentative bookings. As there may be separate enquiries with overlapping timings, we can only confirm bookings via a deposit.

You may still make changes to your booking timings 2 months prior to the actual day, subject to the availability of our musicians.

If you are enquiring with less than 2 months away from your event, it would be helpful to state an estimated booking time so that we can check our ladies’ availability.

4x Chairs

• Without arm-rests
• Sufficient space of about an arm’s length between each chair
• If space is a concern, send us pictures of the exact location for our evaluation.

Sound System

• As a general guide, we do not require microphones for wedding solemnization ceremonies and receptions if it is a small venue. We generally require microphones for lunch and dinner banquets, even if we are just providing background music.
• Even if the venue is small, having microphones will allow the sound technician to balance the music better.
• Ask the venue if they are able to provide 4 (or minimum 2) normal microphones with stands, linked to in-house speakers. There may or may not be charges involved.
• Our instruments are unplugged and non-electric, and do not need to be plugged into any DI box or electronic equipment.
• We have a preferred sound system vendor partner with the necessary expertise and competitive rates should your venue not be able to provide a sound system. If you would like a quotation, do let us know early.

We are able to play outdoors as long as we are in the shade and sheltered from rain – otherwise, our sensitive instruments will suffer damage from heat and moisture.

Yes! You can come up with a list of:

1. must-play songs (March-in, Signing of Register etc.) and leave the rest to us, and/or;
2. do-not-play songs and leave the rest to us, and/or;
3. all the songs to be played.

If you have specific song requests that are not on the list, do let us know. We will check on the feasibility of arranging the music for string quartet. An additional cost may be applicable.

Definitely! You can choose songs from different genres, as long as the songs are in our song list.
